As a part of the 4iG Group, 2Connect Telecommunications Infrastructure & Network Services Ltd. has adopted a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, which reflects the values, principles, ethical standards, and conduct as well as reflecting the standards of conduct expected from our employees, and which also serves as a guideline for our activities.

The purpose of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is to ensure the integrity and compliance of our company and our employees, in accordance with our policies and instructions, by regulating the conduct of our employees within the company and in external relationships, and to serve as a guide for all our colleagues on the conduct expected of each other and to partners.

We expect all our employees to be familiar with the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and to abide by the principles set out in it.

By publishing the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, we wish to reaffirm our commitment to complying with the legislation and ethical standards in force.

We also wish to demonstrate this commitment to our business partners by publishing a Business Partner Code of Ethics. The Business Partner Code of Ethics sets out the ethical standards that we consider to be of paramount importance in our business relationships with our partners and which we expect our business partners to comply with.

Thirdly, by issuing our Rules of Procedure for the Ethics Committee, we seek to express our commitment to comply with the law and the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, in order to ensure that we operate in a lawful manner and in accordance with our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct in all cases.

We expressly prohibit and oppose all forms of corruption and are committed to developing and maintaining a corporate culture that is conducive to preventing corruption and detecting any acts of corruption. As part of the 4iG Group, we continuously strive to implement anti-corruption best practices in accordance with industry norms and standards and to train our employees accordingly.

We consider it extremely important to define the framework necessary for achieving our anti-corruption objectives in accordance with the expectations set out in the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. To this end, 2Connect Telecommunications Infrastructure & Network Services Ltd. has adopted an Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy.

We place great emphasis on ensuring that any incident that raises suspicion of corruption is investigated as quickly as possible. To this end, we operate an Ethics and Compliance Line, which is also available on our website. Through this line, our employees, partners, customers, and other persons with knowledge of possible acts of corruption can make reports, even anonymously.

We encourage and expect our employees and contractual partners to report any incidents of corruption that come to their attention.

We believe that employees, contractual partners, and customers who are the first to notice a possible act of corruption or an imminent threat of such an act play a key role in detecting and preventing corruption. Therefore, we consider it particularly important to ensure that relevant information and any evidence are quickly and directly forwarded to the person with the competence and authority to investigate the matter.

2Connect Telecommunications Infrastructure & Network Services Ltd. operates an Ethics and Compliance Line through which you can report any conduct by 2Connect Telecommunications Infrastructure & Network Services Ltd.’s employees or business partners with whom we have a contractual relationship that violates the law or the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct or the Business Partner Code of Ethics.

All reports will be investigated and, if justified, the Ethics Committee will also examine the issue raised and any non-compliance in accordance with the Ethics Committee's rules of procedure.

If you wish to make your report anonymously, please do not fill in your contact details on the form, leave the field blank. It is important to note, however, that in certain cases (e.g. documents, evidence or information provided) you may still be identifiable to us.
